Job Responsibilities

Keeps demos prepared to show
Pulls cars from inventory when needed
Fills deliveries or demos with gas
Washes cars if needed
Takes sold inventory to make ready/prep center
Keeps all cars showroom ready
Maintains inventory
Transports cars to clients or to offsite locations for additional work
Helps perform physical inventory monthly
Attends weekly department meetings as appropriate

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Oversees The management of payroll, accounting clerks, title clerks, receptionists, and  cashiers. Ensures the reporting departments are accountable.
Participates in preparing financial statements, and keeping with the instructions of his/her supervisor. participates in analyzing Financial statements, jointly with his/her supervisor.
Verifies and documents the details of business operations, such as in flows and expenditures.
Responsible for daily reconciliation of funding notices.
Responsible for accurately recording daily cash deposits.
Verifies the bank statements and reconciles monthly.
Ensures the payroll and wire bank accounts are funded and reconciled monthly.
Reviews All account schedules at month end to ensure completion and accuracy. 
Post GST parts and service statement.
Schedule staff accordingly.
Responsible for timely payments to all vendors.
Assist Controller/CFO as instructed.
Assist in all Department areas as needed.
Responsible for documentation retention.
Ensures required documents are complete and in compliance with company regulation and standards.
Answers incoming phone calls quickly and in a courteous and professional manner, and quickly resolves questions and concerns.
Required to attend staff meetings and training sessions as requested.
Maintains utmost company confidentiality.

Examine and diagnose vehicles
Discuss repairs with shop foreman or service advisor

Plan work in cooperation with shop foreman
Provide labor estimates to service advisor
Monitor repair time and update service advisor
Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation
Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs
Assist in mentoring technician trainees
Attend company and factory training
Keep current with factory technical bulletins
Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations (such as disposal of hazardous waste)
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused Service Valet. The Service Valet will park and retrieve service clients' cars in a friendly and professional manner.
Job Responsibilities

Greets clients/ Escorts client to appropriate member
Parks cars in designated areas
Retrieves cars for clients
Finds and installs license plates
Replaces vehicle bulbs
Notifies Assistant Service Manager or Estimator if client is waiting
Keeps service drive free of vehicles
Maintains strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation
Help clients transfer luggage or packages between cars
Assists techs in moving inoperable vehicles
Alerts Manager to any damage to clients’ vehicles
Assists with housekeeping on the service drive keeping it clean and clear of debris
Attends department meetings

JOB DESCRIPTION

Process all maintenance, warranty, port and extended warranty claims
Keep team up to date on warranty policies 
Keep up to date on all the manufacturer’s recalls and bulletins 

Completes the documents required to process the claims, forwards them to the manufacturer/supplier
Follows up on claims, to ensure prompt payment 
Work schedules 2141, 2142, 2143, 2145, 2200 weekly 
Report to appointed Service Lead on updates for each schedule weekly
Analyze and review credits
Analyze denied claims and, if applicable, re-submit them as soon as possible or obtain authorization to cancel them


Communicate with Service Leads on consistent clerical errors with service writers 
Ensure required documents are complete in compliance with company regulations and standards 
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Required to attend staff meetings and training classes as requested
Maintain professional appearance 
Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving variables in standardized situations
Maintain up most company confidentiality
Perform other tasks, based on management requirements and instructions 
 
PAY DESCRIPTION:  
Starts at $15.00 an hour or can be based on experience.
Schedule is Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:30pm.
 
Summary:

Make-Ready Technician/Detailer – Auto Dealership

Quick Lube Technician (Entry Level) – Automotive

Job Responsibilities

Perform multipoint inspections
Communicate additional service/repair needs to service advisors
Service universal joints, grease fittings, and steering knuckles using hand- or compressed-air powered grease guns
Inspect fluid levels in steering gears, power steering reservoirs, transmissions, differentials, rear axle housings and shackles
Check tire pressure
Lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants
Drain oil from crankcase and refill with required amount of oil
Add water to radiator and battery
Replace oil and air filters
Inspect all vehicles for additional repairs
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety standards and codes of conduct
Follow dealership safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt and harsh chemicals
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies.
Qualifications

Must meet dealership’s requirements for employment
Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and information
Familiarity with all aspects of automotive repair/maintenance
Must have a valid driver license and be able to operate manual transmissions
Prior experience as a technician’s helper or apprentice preferred
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

Occasional exposure to inclement weather
Ability to operate an automobile
Prolonged periods of standing, stooping and bending
Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
Requires a significant amount of walking and/or standing. May also require working in the seated position for long periods while operating controls with arms and legs. This position may also require working at a production pace while pushing and/or pulling materials from place to place.
