JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Oversees The management of payroll clerk, accounting clerk, title clerk, receptionists, and cashiers.
Participates in preparing financial statements, and keeping with the instructions of his/her supervisor. Participates in analyzing Financial statements, jointly with his/her supervisor.
Verifies and documents the details of business operations.
Responsible for daily reconciliation of funding notices.
Responsible for accurately recording daily cash deposits.
Verifies the bank statements and reconciles monthly.
Reconciles various schedules for accuracy in posting.
Responsible for timely payment to all vendors
Oversee the posting of the GST parts and service statement.
Assist Controller/CFO as instructed.
Assist in all Department areas as needed.
Responsible for documentation retention.
Ensures required documents are complete and in compliance with company regulation and standards.
Answers incoming phone calls quickly and in a courteous and professional manner, and quickly resolves questions and concerns.
Required to attend staff meetings and training sessions as requested.
