JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

    • Oversees The management of payroll clerk, accounting clerk, title clerk, receptionists, and cashiers. 
    • Participates in preparing financial statements, and keeping with the instructions of his/her supervisor. Participates in analyzing Financial statements, jointly with his/her supervisor.
    • Verifies and documents the details of business operations.

  • Responsible for daily reconciliation of funding notices.
  • Responsible for accurately recording daily cash deposits.
  • Verifies the bank statements and reconciles monthly.

    • Reconciles various schedules for accuracy in posting.
    • Responsible for timely payment to all vendors
    • Oversee the posting of the GST parts and service statement.

  • Assist Controller/CFO as instructed.
  • Assist in all Department areas as needed.
  • Responsible for documentation retention.
  • Ensures required documents are complete and in compliance with company regulation and standards.
  • Answers incoming phone calls quickly and in a courteous and professional manner, and quickly resolves questions and concerns.
  • Required to attend staff meetings and training sessions as requested.
  • Maintains utmost company confidentiality.
