What You Will Do

• Oversee all service department operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and outstanding customer satisfaction
• Lead and develop a high performance team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff
• Drive service absorption, retention, and revenue growth through operational best practices
• Monitor key performance indicators including repair order counts, effective labor rate, customer satisfaction index, technician productivity, and warranty compliance
• Collaborate with parts and sales departments to optimize fixed operations performance across the dealership
• Maintain a safe, clean, and customer friendly environment aligned with Toyota standards

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of progressive automotive fixed operations experience, including leadership roles
• Deep understanding of service processes, warranty, DMS platforms (Dealertrack preferred), and Toyota protocols
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills with a hands on management style
• Data driven decision making with the ability to execute process improvements
• A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
