The Role: Own Your Success
As a Sales Consultant, you are the face of the dealership. You will guide our clients through one of the most significant purchases of their lives, ensuring every step is transparent, professional, and exciting.
What You’ll Do:
Master the Process: Own every aspect of the sales journey, from initial prospecting and digital leads to the final vehicle delivery and follow-up.
Showcase Excellence: Present and demonstrate our diverse inventory, highlighting features that match each client’s unique lifestyle.
Strategic Growth: Manage daily inventory reports and work with sales leadership to create strategies that increase our market share.
Stay Ahead: Remain the resident expert on new Ford products, market trends, and manufacturer certifications.
Manage Relationships: Use our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to stay organized and ensure no lead is left behind.
Exceed Standards: Maintain top-tier scores in Customer Service Index (CSI), gross averages, and monthly unit goals.
What You Bring to the Table
The "Hunter" Mentality: You are proactive about finding new business and aren't afraid to pick up the phone.
Interpersonal Power: You have the unique ability to listen to a customer's needs and build immediate trust.
Professionalism: Excellent communication skills and a polished appearance.
Experience: Prior sales experience or automotive training is a major plus, but we value a high-performance attitude above all else.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM platforms and digital tools to manage your pipeline.
