In this role, you are the bridge between our Service and Sales departments. You’ll be the friendly face in the service lane, providing customers with valuable data on their current vehicles while helping us acquire the best pre-owned inventory in Gulfport.
This isn't your typical sales job. You are a consultant and a facilitator, ensuring every customer who visits our service department leaves with a better understanding of their vehicle's value.
What You’ll Do:
The Warm Welcome: Greet service customers and introduce them to our complimentary CarFax reports and real-time market valuations.
Rapid Delivery: Ensure every customer receives their vehicle's valuation and history report within 15 minutes of check-in.
Strategic Mining: Use advanced tools like vAuto and equity mining software to identify customers in a great position to trade up or sell.
Proactive Outreach: Confirm next-day appointments by phone, setting the stage for a professional, value-added visit.
Team Synergy: Coordinate directly with the Acquisition and Sales Managers to transition interested leads into successful acquisitions.
The "People Person" Factor: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Detail-Oriented Mindset: Highly organized with the ability to manage reports and data in a fast-paced environment.
Professional Grit: Comfortable working in the service lane and staying proactive during peak traffic hours.
Adaptability: While automotive experience is a plus, we value a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to learn our specialized equity tools.
