IT and Facility Maintenance Technician

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced IT Administrator that will also deal with the facilities and maintenance. 

Job Responsibilities

• Installs software programs, hardware programs, PC equipment and office equipment
• Manages and maintains mainframe, networks and servers
• Troubleshoots or repairs problems with hardware, software, and office equipment
• Updates Internet site, phone system, and other applications
• Sets up new users on phones, voicemail, cellular phones, and software systems and train new users on communication equipment
• Generates phone or communication reports weekly
• Logs daily accomplishments
• Monitor all facilities for work that may need to be done.
• Call appropriate businesses when work is needed. 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
