Allen Toyota is seeking a BDC Service Agent to support our fast-paced Service Department by delivering exceptional customer service and managing scheduling and outreach efforts. This role handles inbound/outbound calls, books service and mobile appointments, executes recall outreach, and coordinates with Parts, Sales, and Rental departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer service calls and schedule appointments using our CRM/DMS
• Coordinate Mobile Service visits based on technician routing
• Make outbound calls for recalls, appointment reminders, and follow-ups
• Assist with rental vehicle scheduling and special order part notifications
• Support service campaigns and cross-department communication

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service or call center experience preferred
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• CRM/DMS knowledge and bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Work Schedule:

Full-time, with rotating Saturdays and extended hours as needed.
