Our dealership is expanding its Ford Mobile Service fleet, and we need an energetic Mobile Service Assistant Coordinator to help drive that growth. This dual-impact role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety: you will balance day-to-day operational support with proactive community outreach to introduce local businesses, commercial fleets, and residents to the convenience of mobile auto service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Community Growth

  • Outreach & Prospecting: Proactively visit local businesses, corporate campuses, fleet managers, and community organizations to promote Ford Mobile Service.

  • Lead Generation: Identify target customer segments (e.g., local delivery fleets, real estate offices, municipality vehicles) and schedule introductory meetings or service demos.

  • Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with local fleet managers and account holders to secure recurring mobile maintenance agreements.

  • Marketing Support: Represent the dealership at local networking events, business expos, and community gatherings to raise brand awareness.

2. Daily Operations & Coordination

  • Operational Admin: Assist the Mobile Service Department with fleet maintenance records, technician inventory needs, and daily performance tracking.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1+ years in customer service, sales support, business development, or automotive service coordination (dealership/fleet experience is a plus).

  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a comfortable, outgoing approach to cold outreach and networking.

  • Technical Aptitude: Tech-savvy with experience using CRM platforms, scheduling software, or dealership management systems (DMS).

  • Problem Solver: Exceptionally organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (occasional local travel required).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Pay: Starting at $15.00 / hour

  • Incentive Structure: Monthly performance-based bonus tied to operational KPIs and commission/incentives on new mobile service accounts generated.
