What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and set the tone for a great experience
• Listen, assess needs, and communicate with technicians
• Provide accurate estimates and service recommendations
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• Review completed work and explain costs clearly
• Handle questions or concerns with professionalism
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction scores

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Customer-first mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Sales or service experience is a plus
