Rental Associate- J. Allen Toyota

Hours:

• Monday-Saturday
• Off every other Tuesday alternating Saturdays

Rent A Toyota Goals:

• Provide Excellent guest experience
• Increase Rental Revenue consistently
• Grow Rental Fleet
• Maximize Rental Utilization

Responsibilities:

• Supply customer with Rental information for quotes and reservations
• Create Repair Orders for Open Rental Agreements & Deposits towards reservations
• Be able to work rental reservations unit calendar
• Open and Close Rental Agreements
• Collect payments for all rentals (service, leisure, insurance, tolls, tickets Ect) 
• Preform walk-arounds of each vehicle before and after rental check out/ returns 
• Follow up on past due rentals. 
• Follow up with voicemails and emailed leads
• Learning the importance of utilization rate and profitability
• Gaining a better understanding of the flow of the department
• File closed Rental Agreements
• Communicate with Rental Manager on Ideas to improve the day to day operations of the department weekly
• Communicate with rental associates to assist with multiple customers waiting
• Work on specialized assignments from leadership
