At J. Allen Mazda, we’re looking for an experienced technician who takes pride in their craft, believes in doing repairs the right way, and wants to be part of a team that values quality work and professionalism.
We run an honest, efficient shop where technicians are respected, supported, and given the opportunity to succeed. 

What You’ll Do

Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently
Perform advanced diagnostic, maintenance, and repair procedures
Complete repairs according to manufacturer standards and dealership processes
Communicate clearly with service advisors and leadership regarding vehicle needs and repair recommendations
Document all work performed accurately and thoroughly
Stay current on technical training, manufacturer updates, and repair procedures
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Support and mentor less experienced technicians when needed

What We’re Looking For

Experienced automotive technician with strong diagnostic abilities
Proven ability to perform quality repairs efficiently
Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
Valid driver’s license required
Manufacturer certifications, inspection license, or ASE certifications are a plus

Valid driver’s license
Ability to drive a manual (a plus)
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Good communication skills
Basic automotive knowledge or experience is preferred

If that sounds like you, J. Allen Mazda is looking for an Automotive Detailer to join our team! You'll play a key role in delivering vehicles that leave a lasting first impression. Every clean, polished vehicle you prepare helps create an exceptional experience for our customers.

What You'll Do

Wash, clean, polish, and detail new and pre-owned vehicles.
Prepare vehicles for customer delivery and dealership display.
Perform quality inspections to ensure every vehicle meets our standards.
Identify and report any vehicle damage before delivery.
Maintain detailing equipment and supplies.
Coordinate with the Sales and Service teams to keep deliveries on schedule.
Follow all dealership safety and vehicle handling procedures.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
Assist with training new team members as needed.

What We're Looking For

A strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated.
Previous detailing experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
