What You’ll Do
Master and execute our dealership sales process
Prospect, present, demonstrate, and deliver vehicles like a pro
Manage and follow up with leads using CRM tools
Stay on top of inventory and market trends
Collaborate with sales leadership to hit and exceed goals
Maintain CSI, gross averages, and monthly performance standards
Create strategies to grow market share and customer loyalty
What Makes You a Great Fit
Sales experience is a PLUS (automotive experience even better!)
High energy and strong communication skills
Self-motivated and results-driven
Comfortable using CRM software
Competitive mindset with a team-player attitude
No automotive experience? No problem. We provide paid training for the right person with the right drive.
